The Call

elevate | empathize
equip | empower
elevateHOPE is a missions movement called to reach the ones the world forgot—the Homeless, the Orphaned, and the Imprisoned—and lead them into a life of spiritual growth, radical discipleship, and unwavering devotion to Jesus.
Our mission is built on intentional, relational, biblical discipleship—because Jesus didn’t just preach truth, He walked it with people. We believe in developing the gifts God planted in every person, and igniting a worshipper’s lifestyle anchored in the Word, driven by prayer, and marked by real devotion.
This isn’t surface-level. This is deep-end Kingdom work. Because eternity with Jesus isn’t just possible—it’s the point.
“Go and make disciples of all nations…” (Matthew 28:19)
“The Spirit of the Lord is on Me… He has sent Me to proclaim freedom…” (Luke 4:18)
Our Story
In the summer of 2001, our founder, EmJae Ross, heard the voice of the Lord for the very first time. One sentence shifted everything:
“You will lead My people.”
That moment became a line in the sand. Since then, EmJae has walked boldly in the calling—pastor, shepherd, worshipper—fully surrendered to the mandate to lead God’s people with passion, presence, and purpose.
Along the way, Jesus surrounded him with people who shaped the mission, sharpened the vision, and helped unlock the weight of the call.
The birth of elevateHOPE Ministries has been a journey marked by God’s sovereignty and soaked in revelation—an unfolding of the Father’s heart for His bride, especially the marginalized. His heart beats with devotion, love, delight, service, and care—not just for the found, but for the forgotten.
That’s why we exist. That’s why we run.
We are here to see the Bride made one—to see the homeless, the orphaned, and the imprisoned brought into the glory of Heaven one soul at a time.
“The Spirit of the Lord is upon Me… He has sent Me to proclaim freedom for the prisoners…” (Luke 4:18)
“You will be a shepherd of My people.” (2 Samuel 5:2)
“He sets the lonely in families…” (Psalm 68:6)
